On February 1, 1975 Inter-Island 13 was a relaunch as Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation (IBC) and moved to Benedicto Group of Companies in the IBC Stations in DZTV-TV 13 Metro Manila DYTV-TV 13 Cebu and DXTV-TV 13 Davao premiered on 1975 Mid-day Report with Lulu Pascual Newsworld at 13 with Frankie Evangelista and The Weeknight Report Carlito Gonzaga and Angelique Lazo Lucky 13 Seeing Stars with Joe Quirino Apat na Sikat

in 1977 IBC studios at moved from 409 Guevarra Street, San Juan to Broadcast City in Quezon City

in 1978 IBC programs Iskul Bukol CUTE Call Us Two Entertainment Newsday and Cooking Up with Nora
